Fractional CxO community
Lead Fractional is the first Fractional CxO community born in the Baltics, growing across Europe — for C-level fractional leaders who chose to work differently.
Members share experience, opportunities, and real talk — across Marketing, Sales, IT, HR, Product, Finance, Sustainability, and more.
Fractional CxO community

Lead Fractional was built because fractional work can be lonely — and it shouldn't be
We started with idea: senior leaders who chose to work differently deserve a professional home that matches how they actually work. Not a networking list. Not a platform. A real community.
Our mission: to bring together C-level fractional leaders in an open, trusted space — across Europe and beyond.

Upcoming meetups
If you want to lead with impact while keeping your freedom, Lead Fractional is your place to learn, connect, and move business forward. Here’s a quick overview of our upcoming meetups.
Fractionals Q&A session
OnlineQ&A sessions are about asking what matters most to you right now and discussing it with other members. Struggling with pricing? Dealing with a challenging new client? Or maybe you just need to vent about daily challenges and be heard - this is the place for you.
Fractional Community Lunch 🌊
Live @ Vilnius, LithuaniaJoin us for our monthly gathering at Citywave in Vilnius — a relaxed lunch for fractional executives who get the way you work. No agenda, no overthinking — just good food and conversations with people who understand your world. Whether it leads to a new client, a solved problem, you'll leave with more than you came with.
Build Your AI-Powered Fractional Practice: From Context to Scheduled Workflows
OnlineMost fractional leaders use AI as a chat tool, but it becomes much more useful when it knows your practice, follows your workflows and runs recurring work. This practical session presents a three-step setup: build structured context about your practice, create your first reusable AI skill and turn it into your first scheduled task. A live demo will show the complete flow and give you a practical path to apply it to your own work.

Who can become a member?
Every member is pre-vetted
A fractional leader is not an interim specialist — they are an experienced professional who can join a business not as an executor, but as a strategic partner.
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in your field.
- You have held leadership positions for at least 1 year (ideally at the C-level).
- You have made decisions that had a significant impact on business growth, profitability, or transformation.
The fractional model means that a person does not work full-time for a single company, but divides their time between multiple clients, providing strategic value tailored to each client’s goals.
- You currently work as an independent fractional leader.
- Or you are in the transition process: actively seeking first clients and building your fractional work model.
- You understand the difference between project-based and fractional work: the latter does not operate at task level but contributes to business direction and decision-making.
Lead Fractional community is not just about sharing clients or contact lists. It is for people who want to create a sustainable, ethical, and collaborative professional environment.
- You understand that the fractional model is based on trust, reputation, and high-quality standards.
- You value transparency and long-term relationships.
- You want to be part of the community not only for personal benefit but also to contribute to others’ success — through discussions, mentoring, and openly sharing challenges.
